Mari
Facilitator of Self-Connection, Confidence, and Relational Awareness
I guide women and couples in reconnecting with themselves, building self-trust and clarity, and creating more conscious and fulfilling ways of living and relating.
My Approach
Modern life often creates distance between who we are and how we live. Many people move through relationships, work, and daily life without feeling fully connected to themselves. My work creates space to pause, reconnect, and develop a deeper awareness of your inner world, your body, and the way you relate to others. This approach brings together psychological understanding, embodied practices, and real-life experience, creating a grounded and practical way to explore personal growth and connection. This is not about fixing or changing who you are. It is about creating the conditions for clarity, presence, and authentic connection to emerge.
My Story
I was born and raised in southern Italy, where a strong sense of connection, expression, and curiosity shaped the way I relate to people and the world.
After moving to London, I spent over a decade working in the travel and corporate industry, developing a deep understanding of communication, structure, and human dynamics. While this path offered growth, I felt a clear pull toward more meaningful, people-centred work.
In 2020, I chose to follow that direction, training as a coach and holistic practitioner and beginning to create spaces focused on embodiment, intimacy, and personal awareness.
Background and Expertise
My work is grounded in both academic study and personal exploration, with a background in psychology and sociology and further specialisation in positive psychology, counselling, and neurodivergence.
Alongside this, I integrate embodied and experiential practices, including somatic work, mindfulness, and holistic approaches that support connection to the body and emotional awareness.
I am also the founder of The Lust Supper, an experiential concept exploring intimacy, self-expression, and connection in a guided and intentional setting.
My ongoing research focuses on women’s empowerment, relational dynamics, and the role of pleasure and autonomy in personal development, bringing a thoughtful and informed perspective to my work.
